Up up and away...

Just came back from the one and only cinema that's not dubbing the original voices of the movies into Vietnamese in Hanoi. And here I am doing my first movie review. Hope it's not the last. "Transformers" is a great movie, which I'm bet there's a never ending movie-reviews on it. In fact I watched twice in the cinema. So beat it. As for "Up", it is not the kind of movie everyone might think of watching in the first place, which the case really happened to me tonight as we were initially planning for "Harry Potter" instead but it was full-housed. Well, I don't know if I am to call that unfortunately, or fortunately as I really love "Up". Anyway, the story is about an old man fulfilling his life-long adventure-dream. Read the original review here. What I can say about this movie, is it has a sweet start, a surprisingly excellent climax, and a hilarious ending. Out of 10, I'm giving it 8.2 points. It's a highly recommended from me. CheeRz~

Who's smarter?

I kinda like this funny quote... lolx~
It's obvious that women are smarter than men. Think about it - diamonds are a girl's best friend; and man's best friend... a dog. -Joan Rivers-
But then, I'm in a country where men EAT their best friend. So this makes man... what? Stupid and insane? Just a joke, folks.. :-D

If even the police is afraid of their own safety, then does that mean we, as the public should flee the country already? How illogical.... swt~

Sued for making personal comment...

So much about free-speech and democracy huh. Making comment on the internet can also kena sued.

One day when the I-can-read-your-mind machine is invented, even if you think a bit of it may free yourself a paid long-holiday with compliment curry rice for every meals. WTH..

Photoshooting since "young"...

WARNING : Post not suitable to read by age 7 and below.

What happened when your six year-old niece had her hands on your camera?

Yeah, exactly.

Out of the junction, she became 自恋狂 (self-portrait lover).

But I must admit, some of Alexis's self-portraits do look good, cool and cute, yet, so innocent.

But what happened when she got sienz of taking her own photos?

She eventually took out her kindie story book, turned to her favourite page and snap snap snap away.

After she was done with her "great work", she turned to me, asking:

"舅舅,你算一下里面有几只老鼠?"
(Jiu Jiu, you count inside got how many mouses?)

(Click photo to enlarge and count yourself)

I was like...... -_-" swt~

Ok, enough of Three Mousketeers. Time to shift target.

Baby Tasha. And the best angle to take the best shot.....

BUTT in diaper.

Another and, of course bigger.... -___-""" SWT~

Luckily I'm in the digital world now. If not I wonder how much was I suppose to spend on developing the films.

My little hobby...

Two or three years back, I picked up a hobby.

Yes, tarot.

Back then, I studied it on myself. Once a while I would take my friends as my "specimen".

But after coming to Laos, although I do bring the cards here, somehow the hobby seems to have dropped. Maybe I haven't really fully understand all the cards whereas it's nowhere to find any books on this hobby here at all.

Well, I fell in love with it, palmistry, fengshui, etc... is not because I am superstitious, but it's a way for me to fully find out who I am, understand the person in me who I sometimes don't understand at all.

Oh well, I suppose while I'm trying to understand myself, but get to understand other people as well. But, I must afraid to admit that...

Understanding ourselves is harder than to understand one else.

Does anyone agree on what I say?

Eyes on Malaysia....

Here in Laos, this morning I had a seminar with a multinational company on our construction material. During the tea break, we got engaged into a conversation with one of the company representatives, who is from India. This nice friendly Indian fellow, asked us how's the Anwar case getting on already. Honestly, I was very suprised. He even mentioned it's exactly the same issued happened 10 years ago. Gosh.... I suppose this is one of the way how Malaysia got into the world attention since 10 years ago. The G people other than the arse story, is still the arse story. Funny, isn't it? Actually, it's not really that funny at all, though. It's rather..... PATHETIC. Shame shame....
